Very disappointed with this facility. One of my dogs ripped open is jowl on a fence. He was bleeding profusely and a large piece of his jowl was detached. We called Suncoast and were told to bring him in.
The first encounter with the staff was less than reassuring, they appeared confused and and indifferent. We asked how long until he could be seen, they said " 2 hours". After 2 1/2 hours of sitting in the parking lot with no further communication or concern my partner went inside and politely ask when our dog would be seen. We were told that there was now a six hour wait. All the while my dog, in obvious discomfort and bleeding.
They were quick to invite us to come, then stacked up animals in the parking lot. Just not right. If they would have just been honest about the wait, we would have sought treatment elsewhere, which is what we did.
I would recommend avoiding this outfit. They score low on honesty, communication and compassion. As far as quality of care, your guess is as good as mine.

It was a curbside visit. Pepper was checked out by Dr. Logan, then the Dr. came to the car and talked to me about Pepper instead of sending a tech. Very much appreciated!!
