Dr Zaky was very understanding and toke the time to explain what needed to be done to care for our Fur baby, The Clinic was busy, and they made time in the middle of the day to see us. The staff was very kind and understanding of our needs and offered emotional support and explained what was going to happen since we had to place our Fur baby in ICU overnight. We were able to call and speak with a Nurse any time during the night. Very helpful special people at this clinic
