Shade, my best friend and emotional support pet and I relocated here in February this year. Shades WellCare checkup at the Animal Hospital of Pensacola, my 14 year old female Shih Tzu mix gets taken from my arms and put into Dr Millhouses arms and I can see the, “ I’m going to be ok mommy she’s going to take good care of me”, in her eyes as she’s taken away. And when I return to pick Shade up I receive a full report of her health. Dr Millhouse and I talk over any plans needed to continue Shades good health and shades then returned into my arms with the, “I’m feeling great mommy I told you she was going to take good care of me, ”look in her eyes. This is how I know my Veterinarian Dr Millhouse is the best for Shade as well as the Animal Hospital of Pensacola is the best vet ever!

Shade is very new to this staff and doctor and she was treated with such love and care. I believe she forgot she was there because she was in pain. Thank you Tracy for taking care of a newbie like she was an old friend! 🫶🏾

Dr. Millhouse is the most caring Vet we have ever known. She truly cares about all animals. But what we found out is she cares about the owners equally. We lost our Max and Bella to illness and injury and Tracy was there for us all the way. We are forever grateful that she cares so much. Tracy contacted us while we were on a cruise at sea to let us know about Max's emergency surgery. We know that Sophie and Gracie will be in good hands with Tracy watching over them. Should they need emergency surgery or routine care they will aways get the best.
