He is so kind and easy to talk to. He takes as much time as needed to take care of my rescue pet. He always addresses my concerns. He is reasonable priced compared to other hospitals in the area. His staff is awesome and always willing to help. I wii continue to refer him to my friends. They use the PetDesk app that makes everything so easy.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr Norm since the day they opened. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They truly show love to our dogs and take care of all their medical needs. We also use them for boarding. We were out of town when a Hurricane hit. They sent someone in to stay with our dog. We are extremely comfortable with the care our dogs receive. I highly recommend Dr Norm and his staff.
