How on earth am I able to tell you how incredible this team is in 250 words or less?! Bruno had had quite a few vets in his 8 years that I’ve owned him and not a single one comes close to any of the wonderful humans at POAH. They are the most caring, patient and compassionate people you will have the pleasure of meeting. They really do treat you like an individual. The ladies at the reception desk hugged me when I sobbed because Bruno had to have an emergency surgery. Dr. Rowley checked on Bruno and emailed me photos of him at 10pm showing me that he’s doing well and i have nothing to worry about. Truly and genuinely, I cannot say enough. This entire team loves your pet as much as you do and I will forever take Bruno here and trust their decisions and expertise.
