This business has gone straight downhill since the best vet Dr. Sharp left and moved to another practice. Honestly, I understand why. I had taken my dogs to Country Critters for years but things just gradually declined until the unspeakable happened. My dog had an emergency and I had called and left a message first thing on a Monday morning to try to get her in. My call was never returned. I called again at noon, no answer then at 4 pm when someone decided to finally pick up the phone. Their office manager who is literally rude as well as brainless takes it upon herself to chew me out on the phone for wanting my dog to be seen. I have had trouble with her many times before so I took my dog to a different vet closer to home and received 180 degree different treatment. Then the office manager sends me a dirty, unprofessional letter telling me I am no longer welcome at that vet and sent my dogs file. THANK YOU for forcing me to find a wonferful vet. Take your pets to Fox Creek instead! With all the $$$ I have spent at CC, for them to treat me and my pet that way is unconscionable.

My dog had an emergency on a Sunday. She could not walk on her front right paw or stop licking it and it was infected and oozing pus. I got her through the night and called Dr. Hendrix first thing on Monday morning. Of course there was no answer which is the norm so I left a message explaining the situation and begging to bring my dog in that day. By noon after hearing nothing I called a second time and it went straight to voicemail again. By 4 PM someone finally answered the phone only to yell at me for wanting my dog to be seen and telling me that it’s not their fault they had 28 voice messages to return. Meanwhile my dog had been suffering for two days. After treating me rudely I was told the vet is on vacation and won’t be back for a week with no relief. After expressing my heartfelt discontent, I told Brandy the office manager who is married to the veterinarian and very rude that I would be taking my dog to another vet to be seen. A week later I received a snarky letter with my dogs history and file to be told never to come back to their practice.Their turnover is unbelievable, their staff is unprofessional, and they ran the only good groomers and veterinarians off. They could care less about your pets or you, I do not recommend this practice.
