The superb care given to fester after his kidney started to fail was above reproach...Dr. Dooley and team cared for fester as if he was their child...on the day we sent him to doggy heaven the entire team came in to say goodbye. They became family to us thru their love and care of fester. I cant say how much we appreciate this team! Failure to recognize them would be a great discredit to the vet profession! Thanks!

My vet has been treating my pets since I was 15 years old. I am now 34. It's a comfort that when I became an adult with my own pets that I would continue to take them to the same vet and continue to receive the same kind of care. One of the reasons that I continue to trust the care of my pets to Dr. Waits is one memory and one memory alone. When my family "dog," who I had since I was in the 4th grade and until my senior year in college had to be put down, Dr. Waits showed so much compassion and made a hard day as easy as it could be for my family. He felt my loss and treated me the way he would like to have been treated. I know other vets may do the same but all I know is how he treated me and I would hope all vets do the same for their clients. I don't live in Florida full time but am back and forth and I continue to take my pets to see him because I trust his opinion and I know he's not doing it for the money, that he actually cares what happens to my pets. I also like that he takes the time to answer all my questions even if they seem "stupid." I have developed a relationship with him, the other vets, and his staff. petstoomuch
