Both Vets and all the staff are caring people regarding the pet and the pet's family. They never hurry in their explanation of cause and treatments. When it is time to say goodbye to a beloved pet, they and their staff all spend time with you so it isn't such a cold and lonely experience, but a warm soft blanket to cuddle your old friend. If you can't bring your pet in because you are old or unable, they have a mobile unit to come to you. The whole atmosphere is geared toward caring and healing. I've had pets for 50 years in many states and this is the best veterinary office I have ever used.
