To be honest, Soundside Animal Hospital represents the Veterinarian community...by simply caring and showing that care with their actions. Actions speak louder than words and every single person (front staff, to Vet Techs, to the two (now 3) Veterinarian Drs. For my 3 boys, the staff runs their hands through their hair and rub their noses and faces. Why because my boys love it. The staff learns what the boys love. Another example, the front desk staff was almost in tears because one of their clients were passing over the Rainbow Bridge and she was upset. My boy Rem knew something was wrong and she came over to him and said, "I just need to love on you"! Absolutely and Rem loved her back...he showed her it was going to be ok! Its not so much words as the actions of Soundside Animal Clinic which is THE best Clinic, BEST people.
