This place is cold and heartless. Their only concern is about your money not your pet. The amount of the estimate changed 4 times from the time i first arrived to SVRC. I regret having gone to them in the first place. The only reason I went there. Is because our primary Vet wasn't available. She was out of her office performing surgery. So we were recommended to a nearby vet. Who in turn referred us to SVRC. Due to the fact that there was a power outage and their system was down. From the moment I arrived at SVRC it felt, I was impressed with their service at all. They're are disorganized and un prepared. The staff can't get their stories when your trying to find out the status of our pet. As the evening went on and. Gaby called me and tells me that the cost is now as much as over $3400. And this was just for her overnight stay and a surgery consult. I have to say that money has never meant to me me. What obviously it means to SVRC. I told them that I would make a decision in the morning, which I did. Soon a s I got up i called our normal vet. And I was able to speak to her. She was as heart broken as we were when she heard what had happened. So i called SVRC to let them know i was in my way to pick up Ginger. No sooner did I hang up with them. When they were calling me back. Saying that they were prepping her for surgery. This place is unbelievable! What a waste of a facility. They might as well be called a chop shop. DONT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. I encourage you to read their reviews. Also look at their Yelp reviews. Every review is a horror story of heartbreak. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
