Dr. Augsten is the best vet I have ever known! When we brought two Entlebucher Mountain Dogs to Miami from Nova Scotia, no one at the animal hospital had ever seen this rare breed before. Dr. Augsten made it a point of learning everything he could about them so as to equip me with knowledge of what health concerns and sensitivities we should be on the lookout for. He also recommended that we buy Pets Best insurance. He's a wonderfully personable doctor. Our pets love him! For these reasons and 1,000 more we think that he is the best vet in the world!

Our previous dog Samantha was diabetic for the last few years of her long life. She had severe arthritis that caused her a great deal of pain. Then her eye site started to fail and she started falling down quite frequently. We were constantly asking Dr. Leuthner whether or not we should put her down. His consistent answer was that we would know when it was time. One night when my husband was out of town, Samantha stumbled at the top of the stairs and started falling down one flight of stairs. I caught her half way down and basically held her for the rest of the night. When my husband got home the next day, we talked about Samantha's failing health and knew is was time. We talked with Dr. Leuthner and knew that we couldn't take her to the office to have her put down. Instead, Dr. Leuthner came to our home and did it here. He has so compassionate and let us hold her as long as we wanted. We will never forget his kindness to Samantha and to us.It was a given when we adopted Maggie that Dr. Leuthner would again be our vet. I can't recommend him enough. He's simply the best!

Hi, I am voting for our vet because he is really very good. I met him for the first time this past Saturday when we had to bring my little brother's bunny to him because he had a lot of fleas and some of his hair came out. I wanted to meet him because he took care of my cat Chloe and my sister's cat, Channing Tatum, when they had so many fleas and weren't feeling good. Chloe is doing very well and doesn't have any more fleas.Briana

We switched to Dr. Leuthner when our Corgi Jagger had trouble walking. He diagnosed Jagger with degenerative myelopathy. He presented the options but NEVER pushed us. We chose some non invasive options and just loved Jagger. When it was time to put Jagger down the whole family went. Dr. Leuthner allowed us as much time as we needed before "putting our love down". Dr. Leuthner and his staff reassured us that we had given Jagger a good life (he was 13). They even sent us a sympathy card and an ornament with Jaggers paw print. Following Jaggers death we got a spunky 8 week old Corgi named Rush. Rush had to go to the emergency vet one weekend and Dr. Leuthner called us on Tuesday to check on our new baby. He also treats our 14 year old cat Pretzel. I highly recommend Dr. Leuthner and his staff to everyone I know because he is not only a wonderful vet but a compassionate human being who understands that our pets are just new babies to us. I cannot imagine taking my pets to anyone else!

Dr. Hodge has been treating my animals for years. He has been patient and made special arrangements and called specialist for me when Bubby developed lymphoma. He worked with me to make him as comfortable as possible until he passed, even as his needs became more and more complex. Dr. Hodge and his staff, went over and above and has even spoken to my young child about Bubby being in Heaven, consoling and reassuring him when he was unconsolable. Dr. Hodge doesnt treat animals as animals, he understands that the the patients that are brought into his clinic arent animals, they are our children, friends, companions. There are truly not enough words to describe how amazing, skilled and compassionate Dr. Hodge and his staff are.

Dr. Bo really cares not only about his patients but their parents as well. He makes you feel that you are his only patient. He returns phone calls and encourages second opinions. He has no ego and just wants to do what is in the best interest of your pet. As he always says "Each day with our pets is a blessing). He also gives back to the commmunity by providing free medicine and low cost spay and neutering to those in need. He recently saw a snake in trouble and by trying to save it, he broke his shoulder when he was dragged to the ground. Clerly this man put the welfare of animals above himself.

Dr. Leuthner is the best. This year we got yellow lab puppy who was/is a forager. Meekah had constant diarrhea for several days and as new pet owners, Dr Leuthner was very reassuring and even went so far as to give us his email address if there were issues during the weekend. We did have issues one weekend and Dr. Leuthner responded to several emails and in fact even called on Sunday to check up on how we were all doing. Meekah loves her vet because she gets treats and a belly rub when she sees him. We love him because he cared enough to call on his day off to check on our new family member.
