We experienced a scary emergency situation with our new puppy, and rushed to Jacqueline Serio DVM and her staff at the Animal Specialty & Emergency Center of Brevard without warning. Our puppy was admitted right away (within minutes), and their team made us feel secure that our little boy would be alright and was safe in their hands. They were incredibly fast to respond, detailed, and made sure to keep us updated at every turn despite them being very busy with other pets on a Sunday. Their on-site advanced imaging, on-site medications, and thorough diagnostic analysis gave us peace that we knew what to expect and how to help ensure a fast recovery. Their staff maintained a sanitary environment with gowns, masks, and gloves at all times, and they were very gentle and kind to our puppy. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family looking for a great emergency animal hospital in their phone contacts. Plus, they are open 24 hours for all services, to make things convenient for pet parents and puppies alike. Thank you so much!
