My dog, Heidi has been going to Dr. Rivera for 6 years. Dr. Rivera is a caring, compassionate, empathetic vet who spends a great deal of time with us examining Heidi and educating me re any condition she might have. Heidi put her paw thru a window at home at 8PM and Dr. Rivera performed surgery until 11PM that night. Their office is only open until 8 or 9pm. He is an excellent diagnostician-diagnosed a knee injury in Heidi by xray and exam and referred us to an ortho vet. He also diag an osteosarcoma in my prev black lab, Joe by exam and xray. He was very sympathetic with me during Joe's diagnosis and treatment. All of my questions are answered thoroughly, and I never feel rushed. Heid loves going to his office indicated by the wagging of her tail, and she loves all of the office personnel. Chris, Jennifer and Brittany also are caring individuals who show their love for animals with their gentle ways and knowledge re treatment being provided. I leave the office feeling confident that Heidi has received the best of care and that they are only a phone call away. The office always calls to followup on Heidi's status whenever she visits the office. I and many of Dr. Rivera's patients and owners, feel that Dr. Rivera and his office truly deserves to labeled one of the best vets in America.
