Dr. Vilchez and Kelly Winters, the 2 most valuable assets in mine and my 4 legged children's lives. I want ALL of our pet parents in our community to know that Heritage Oaks Veterinary Hospital by far in all of my years of being a pet mother & grandmother is the most compassionate with not only hands on care for our animals but so importantly for us, the human parents too which no other Veterinarian in this county can provide and I know this because I have been to them all and speak from experience. Dr. Vilchez bleeds one thing that I truly believe in, and that is Integrity. She also believes in the same belief that I do and that is Quality over Quantity and that is everything, that is one of many things that makes Dr. Vilchez the extraordinary Veterinarian that she is. To be able to trust her 100%, and I do with everything she tells me are qualities that make her a cut above the rest and a peace of mind that is indescribable which she has given me with the surgeries and issues I have had to deal with in the past and most recently. Dr. Vilchez practices Veterinary Medicine Conservatively with Preventive measures and she is never quick to jump and resort to surgery unless it is absolutely a necessity. Heritage Oaks Animal Hospital is a beautiful place we all can call home.
