We have been with clinic and Dr Vanis for 40 years. The new owners took over last fall roxie my dog was 18 and had been seen 4-5 times since new owners took over Rox had heart trouble and on medications. Dr vanis found her small style pills for her heart condition. These folks gave us big pills tha small old yorkie would not eat. They told me to look online for pills myself. The other day rox went into heart failure, I had talked on earlier visits about he last day. When the day came we were turned away because they were to busy. Dying, suffering dog, who was a patient of theirs. No Time to put her down! After we had discussed roxies final visit earlier in year Another vet in town took us in. I will never recommend anyone To trust the new owners Wednesday it was my pet tomorrow it could be yours
