You immediately feel welcomed and at ease by everyone in the hospital. The staff are all kind and friendly, as if you've known them for years. Dr. Mota has a true passion for animals and takes the time to make sure all questions are answered. She explains everything she is doing and gives you and your pet her full attention. You will never feel rushed or ignored. She even took time after she was done giving injections to wait around in the room to make sure all was well and give my pup hugs and a friend to meet. You can tell she has a true passion for animals and is not pushing for unnecessary things for money.
