This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I took my dog to get shots and was charged for multiple things I did not ask for. I called the office and tried to figure out what was going on and received a call back from an employee named Mark. He then informed me that because I had issues that I was to no longer be seen in the office (I’m assuming because I actually had valid issues). I trusted in this office because of the reviews themselves but was disappointed in the ability of the staff to keep the professional manner as well as to solve conflict! Good luck with anyone else who brings their animal here.
