Malachi present symptoms of foreign object in his stomach. BVE immediately took Malachi in and did X-rays. Dr Mendez was professional, friendly and very calming. She recommended surgery and explained why
I felt very comfortable leaving Malachi in good hands. Dr Ross introduce herself and explain the surgery she will perform. She promise to call before and after surgery
Malachi did have a obstruction in his abdominal that was removed. Dr Ross sent photos prior to surgery. She called immediately afterwards and sent photos
Dr Ross never rushed me off the phone. She answered all questions and encouraged me to call at anytime for any questions.
Malachi stayed 2 nights at BVE. Dr Ross encourage me to visit to see if Malachi would eat. I was very impress with BVE. There communicate skills was superb! The treatment Malachi received was excellent. He did not come home dirty nor did he smell.
Their office is very clean. Their compassion towards Malachi was above top notch. I love to see Dr Mendez and Dr Ross again but not under same circumstances.
