Dr. Ross is amazing! Every time we have an appointment he gives me answers to all my potential questions before I even ask, and I always have tons of them. He treats my dog as he would treat his own and my dog LOVES him. Dogs feel the positive aura and can't be lied to. Dr. ROSS is always gentle and caring. I wouldn't find a better vet for my dog and I'm very picky when it comes to my dog's vet.Him, his assistant and the front staff always show the highest level of professionalism and care, which you can't find at any other hospital where staff care only about money and it's disappointing to any pet owner.Dr. Ross truly deserves to be recognized as the best veterinarian who can read mind of both pet owner and a pet. His knowledge, professionalism, personality can not be compared with no one else.Kind, caring, honest, loving, always gives good advice, friendly, understanding, quick and to the point...it can go on and on...what else can I wish for for my very loved dog...Dr. Ross is the best for sure!!!!! I wish him all the best and many thanks for everything he is doing and for doing it with his heart!!!!!
