Dr. Napoli and all the vets at East Brook are great listeners, take my concerns seriously, and are loving and gentle with my pets. I especially appreciate how non-judgemental and helpful they are in helping me manage my reactive dog in the clinic setting. Lots of vets I've been to have so little understanding of challenging behaviors, but Dr. DeNapoli is especially well-versed in using training and positive reinforcement to help manage anxiety, fear, and reactivity in dogs. This makes a huge difference in our experience at the vet, and has helped my pup look forward to our visits. I am so glad to have found vet care here!
