Kind, caring and thorough. Dr. Kramer and his staff are exemplary. We've had them take care of our pets for over 25 years. Even in end-of-life care, they are amazingly sensitive and caring. Dr. Kramer talks to us regularly about our prior pets, and knows us as a pet family. He sometimes treats us as patients as well (I know pet owners understand this!)
My wife and I give them the strongest recommendation we can. When you call them, please tell them Rick and Gail love them.

My Lab is the third Lab that Dr. Kramer has taken care of. When my two prior dogs came down with terminal issues, Dr . Kramer would call every day to make certain he and i understood how the animal was doing and making certain i understood the consequences of the daily developments. His compassion and concern makes him a special Vet and a wonderful human being. My family has been lucky to have him in our court. Unrelated, he also sent us to a specialist one town away after my current Lab, Rocky, ate 99 advil. Again, Dr. Kramer called every day to make certain i was pleased with referred to animal hospital. Rocky is well again because Dr. Kramer git him to the right facility
