My dog, Sophie, is extremely timid and will run away from any stranger that tries to touch her or get close to her. We were extremely disappointed with past vets as they said they weren’t able to properly check Sophie because she was “too anxious”. Dr. Kristy was a breath of fresh air! He was so patient with Sophie, and went above and beyond to make sure she had a positive experience. He gave her all different types of treats and sat on the floor so she wasn’t intimidated. This was the first time I’ve ever seen Sophie actually become comfortable with a veterinarian. Dr. Kristy was the first veterinarian we’ve had that I felt really understood and cared about the way animals feel. I couldn’t say enough about how great he is.
