Dr Jackson has been helping our pets for many years. She has been responsive &creative in her approach to our various pets' illnesses. She has been available and always listens to our concerns. For our most recent situation she followed up on an emergency situation at an over night ER and which was unresolved .She pursued additional testing and was able to find a solution within 48 hours after the ER situation.

Dr. Jackson helped me and family out tremendously with our previous dog, Colonel, when he was going through a cancer diagnosis. As any doctor would, she gave us the facts of what was happening and what we could do for him. What makes Dr. Jackson so special is the time she spent explaining what was going on – as this was a complete shock to us! She gave us the medical procedures that are available and talked to us in-depth as to how this was going to affect our family. The emotions, the time needed to take care of Colonel, the costs, etc. Dr. Jackson spent a lot of time on the phone with my husband and I going over a game plan on what would be best for Colonel and us. She didn’t want us to be under any false hopes of recovery and she didn’t want Colonel to be in any pain if necessary. Any doctor can give you the medical information and let you decide, but Dr. Jackson truly helped us to make what we feel was the best decision for us and Colonel. This was a very rough time for my family and Dr. Jackson was there every step of the way. The follow up calls were especially comforting. Dr. Jackson handled our situation with true compassion, care and respect. She is not only an outstanding doctor, but an outstanding person. We now have a new dog, Olaf, who we trust 100% in Dr. Jackson’s care.
