She is always available, highly knowledgeable. I have called her in the early hours of a holiday morning and she has called right back, taken the time to discuss options and been available to meet me at the office.

Dr. Nancy is so wonderful that when she left the clinic near my house, I now drive twenty minutes to see her. She gets down on the floor with the animals she doesn't put them on a table where they feel scared. She has toys and treats in every room. One of my favorite things is that my dogs never know they are being examined ... she acts like she is just petting them, but she is really checking them out. She treats the whole animal my previous dog had terrible arthritis, so she taught me how to have my dog do squats and build muscle. She is so compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for her.
