I called ahead and spoke with the doc and asked if we could just do an assessment and not a treatment. She agreed. During the assessment, she started treating my dog and before I knew it, she had my dog pinned down and was pushing on her with all of her strength saying, "we are going to get this in place, we are going to get this in place." Meanwhile my dog is whining and crying and trying to get away from her. We left, me in complete shock and my dog in no better condition, but traumatized. I have notified my vet who no longer refers people to this clinic. I would steer clear unless you want to traumatize your animal.
