A cat I inherited was practically on his death bed with hepatic lipidosis when I brought him into VRCC (maybe a few days to live). The amazing team here along with Dr. Dye set my expectations that it would be a long journey and 6 months later I'm looking at an entirely healthy cat. Now this isn't to say I didn't have to work because it was 6 weeks of me feeding him through a feeding tube but Dr. Dye has always been there to answer questions and update us on anything related to Jack. If I ever had questions on medication or when to cut back on certain things, the team at VRCC was ALWAYS there. I can't say enough about how amazing, professional and downright skilled they are in the care of animals so I feel they deserve all the recognition they can get. I have continued to bring Jack to VRCC for checkups and he's been great but I also know that if one of my other animals had an emergency, this would be the place I'd bring them.

The cleanest vet office ever, friendly helpful staff, hardly any wait time, always takes his time to listen and does thorough exam, explains everything thoroughly, goes through all options and treats Sammy like I would treat my human patients. Does what is best for Sammy to get him well. Calls with follow up of lab etc, or just to ask how Sammy is doing. He is 100 percent dedicated to do the best for his patients and is very compassionate with the pet owners.
