Although VRCC tried on two desperate occasions to convince me to euthanize my 1.5 year old pup, I persisted and got her to Dr. Lane at Rocky Mountain Vetrinary Neurology. He saved her life. I’d have saved $2000 had I not received such terrible, calloused service from VRCC, the hospital associated with RMVN.

Our little dachshund has been in, out and in again with VRCC and RMVN. I haven't actually met Dr. Lane but as far as I can tell he works 7 days a week to ensure the poor animals in his care are under constant supervision. His team are incredible, more than the average vet tech for absolute certain. Throughout this rough (and ongoing) journey, we have received top notch care and compassion. To give just one example of how this team goes above and beyond: One night when we visited him around 9.30pm he had a noisy neighbor on the ward. The tech on duty (Erick) had put cotton balls in our little dog's ears so he could block out the noise and get a bit of sleep. If that's not attention to detail and true care, I don't know what is.
