Dr. T. is an exceptionally compassionate, intelligent, and Effective veterinarian. She held our hands through our beloved Minnow’s senior years, always encouraging us to try new treatments to control her pain, and referring us to specialists when needed. And when it was time to say goodbye, she came to our home so Minnow could pass in comfort. And she has hung by us as she treated our special needs dog, always providing research-based recommendations and explanations. We know Dr. T. loves all her patients, yet makes us each feel like we are getting an extra special standard of care. The best thing about Dr. T is the way she can take the scariest situations and explain them in a way that both respects our intelligence and explains in a basic way that we can understand. She makes sure to answer all your questions thoroughly in a reassuring way. Dr. Thiessen is the best vet around!

Dr. Graf is compassionate and from the beginning of our partnership, has made our life as pet parents infinitely easier. We tend to stress and worry a lot, and Dr. Graf is the best vet to put our mind at ease. She's down-to-earth and realistic. I appreciate her bedside manner. It was immediately apparent to me that Dr. Graf harbors a deep love and understanding for pets. Her attitude speaks volumes. I cannot thank her enough for always keeping me clued in, but not keyed up!

I have enjoyed having three rescue Dalmatians over the past 15 years. Dr. Bingham always goes above and beyond on the care he provides. When we have had obscure issues come up, he puts in the time needed to research and gain insights from colleagues from around the country. Case in point when Maggie at age 9 came back with a positive heartworm test even though she had been tested and was on preventive meds from the time I brought her home. Dr. Bingham ran an ultrasound himself at no charge to see the extent of the issue and consulted with several vets on the best therapy for her. All lead to a fully successful outcome. We had a similar experience with my first Dalmatian who had all clinical signs of Cushings, but tested negative twice. Dr. Bingham got Paddy's blood samples to the University of Tennessee for a study and they found he was one of a small percentage of dogs who would test false negative. Another successful outcome and Paddy got on the right regimen of drugs to manage his Cushings. There are other stories I could share about this very kind, compassionate, dedicated Veterinarian who has provided exemplary care for all of my dogs, but I am running out of words I can submit. The attached is of my pup today I can't imagine trusting Olivia's care with anyone else.
