Dan Mones is the most attentive, knowledgable, caring vet I have ever encountered. He spends as much time as you need with him explaining all of our animals care and needs. He does not hesitate to refer out if need or offer a more economical solution. He personally calls to check up on animals even if it is well past office hours. He has trained his staff as well to have great customer service. I wish everyone had access to a vet like Dr. Mones for their animals.

First and foremost, Marcy is a warm and engaging individual who really connects with my dog and myself. She has gained my trust (and my dog's) from day one. Very bright and knowledgeable. Five stars!

Dr. Moan is a very smart, engaged, friendly, doctor. He takes the time to get to know you and your pet. He will call you personally and spend time as well as being available personally for questions. Since he has taken over Alpine the quality of customer service has improved significantly and they were good before. He does not jump to suggest treatment that may not be needed but will discuss all options for the health of your pet and the financial considerations. He is GREAT!

Dr. Shuttlesworth takes great care of all my pets. She has been my vet since 1995. She kept my Jack Russell Terrier, Charlie, alive and well for 16 years. He had Cushings disease, and hypotyroidism. I now have three dogs, Holly a RatZu, Buddy a Yorkie, and Penny another Jack Russell Terrier. Holly had a scare with pancreatitis, but she pulled through thanks to the excellent care she received at Animal Medical Center of Richardson. I wouldn't consider any other Vet to care for my babies. Dr. Shuttlesworth obviously loves her job, and all her patients, but she treats each pet as if they are her only one! I would love to see her rewarded for her care and compassion.
