Well to start she knows my boys Bentley & Winston she’s always on top of my boys checking them out thoroughly and doesn’t ask us to pay for treatment that are not needed. These are the kinda of doctors that work here . Great knowledgeable doctors here to work for your animals when need it

I think the vets at Washington Blvd animal hospital are very competent but something is very wrong with the office people. I have been bring our pets here since 1974 I have recommended people here with total confidence that our loved pets would get the best care around. Recently my son and girlfriend took her dog there to get an ultra sound they dropped her off at 10am for this appointment. Later they called to find out if she was ready to be picked up, they were told the technician wasn’t going to be in until 6pm and they would receive a phone call when she was ready. They called at 9pm to see if she was ready and to find out there was a paperwork problem, and nothing was ever done with her after almost 12 hours. Needless to say I will never recommend the hospital again. Very disappointed with communication.
