Dr Ladhar is very gentle and loving with Shelby and our previous dog. He is considerate of your finances by not offering unnecessary tests or meds. He spends time with each animal and explains things in an understanding way. Shelby is due for shots soon, so he said he would do shots and test together. It was very touching to us that they made a donation to an animal research company when our previous dog passed away. They took care of disposal for us, and as she was older, didn't pursue research on her body. His office staff is very cheerful and never too busy to visit with Shelby.
