This emergency vet center always takes great care of our pets! Unfortunately we have been there a couple times with our dog, and he is not the best patient. But, they are so good and understanding of his needs, he always comes out with a smile on his face.

Dr. Head truly cares about the animals he treats as well as their parents. I have know him for 20+ years and during this time have had several life threatening situations including having to euthanize due to suffering. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in every which way possible...including talking with us after hours, visiting the pet in our home when it was too sick to be transported. He is always willing to speak via telephone regarding any questions or concerns about the animals. Again, he truly cares about all creatures big and small. Glade Valley Animal Hospital also participates in community events supporting the animals and rescue organizations. This is a top notch practice with the best veterinarian. His staff is also very caring and sympathetic to the patients and their parents. Please support Dr. Jeffrey Head with your vote.

Tikaani's puppy and adulthood vet had left the VCA clinic and I was very concerned since she has had some illness most of her life. Dr. Johnson came to the clinic and I took a chance on her. Dr. Johnson's care for Tikaani has been exceptional. She treats my pet as though she is her own and makes sure that I have everything that I need for Tikaani concerning her diabetes. Dr. Johnson is there to answer all my questions and alleviate any concerns I may have at any given time, which includes on her days off to answer my emails or email me late at night after her long shifts. Her dedication and love of her profession shows through and I believe she deserves the acknowledgement. I tell her a million times how much she is appreciated, but to be acknowledged by Pets Best, your company would be awesome. Thank youMicki H
