Dr. Nikki is so easy to talk to, is very detailed in relaying information, answers every question I have without hesitation, including ones I hadn't asked yet. She makes recommendations based on my current situation and never tries to upsell me on anything. Truly wants the best outcome for my cats. The staff is always willing to help, are very thorough and organized, follow up with me, and my experience with 3rd party vendors through them has been nothing short of amazing. The vendor offered to do a free check up exam after finding a mass in my kitty's spleen. They are quick to call you in for your appointment, and make sure that you get the most out of your visit. They are able to see you last minute (if needed), and take as much time with you as you need. Very friendly, personable, willing to listen and share their experience/thoughts, and are never pushy. They truly wants what's best for my babies, but also take into consideration where I am at (they don't pressure me to do anything I'm not comfortable with). Clean facility, I always feel safe bringing my pets there. There was an incident where my cat bit someone's finger during an ultrasound, and animal control was notified and came to my home. I let them know, and they checked on me every couple days, AND paid the quarantine fee I was charged, for the inconvenience. They go above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience!

Having Met Dr. Horn when my Shepherd mix puppy came down with colitis 12 years ago, I was immediately impressed, Here is a young, fresh out of UC Davis Dr. getting on the ground talking to Callie to calm her prior to any examination, her situation was dire, needing a 2 week stay to where they bonded for the next 12 years. With all the exams to come and there were many, she was always scared, (remembering that stay) he was always on the ground to her level, held a long conversation, petting her while trying to calm her. He knew all there was about here, sometimes a phone call was all that was needed to see if an appt was necessary. When she passed 12 years later, there he was again on the ground having another conversation with her, petting her all the while, calming hers
