When we have to go to the doctor, we are always afraid. But, when we get in there, we are quickly put at ease. Everybody is very nice-even when they take my blood, they do it quick and I don't even have a chance to yell. They treat us like the upstanding citizens we know we are. I always hear my parents, on the phone after a visit-they usually say we're doing good. I know Mom says that she can buy some of our "treatments" at the grocery store, which means I get fresh carrot snacks. My brother Benny gets a daily Pepcid treat to help his tummy and he hasn't had a tummy attack in a long time. I had some problems with my liver(?) and Dr. Rogowicz helped us to change my food, and had me visit them a few times, but now I don't have to go in more than every 6 months... But, I DO miss those treats on the counter. I don't have to take any other medications, and I don't have to go in all the time. I like meeting the other people in the waiting room, even if they bring in cats! Our doctor is even open on Sundays, which means if I hurt myself on a weekend, I don't have to go to emergency. I think everyone should have a great doctor to visit.Dugan DeChaine
