Blu was a rescue puppy,I adopted him at a local pet store brought him home just to find the fallowing day he was very sick and this was on a Sunday morning. I contacted the Vets office and the emergency number contacted my vet who had me meet them at the office. The diagnosis found he had a severe case of the Parvo virus. Chances of survival were slim at best I gave the ok to do what ever was needed to treat Blu. The Doctor stayed with Blu the entire Sunday all the way until Midnight when he was relieved by another vet, They treated Blu with everything at there disposal and after 2 weeks of constant care 24 hours 7 days a week Blu pulled through. I have never seen such dedication before even from my own Physician, These Vets deserve the best of recognition. And Blu id now 6 and is doing great and has since with a great personality and he does remember the vets who saved him and shows it when he goes in for check ups and shots. These people meen so much to me and Blu.They are the best I have ever seen in this business. Thank you MT.Shasta Animal Hospital and the entire Staff!!!

We have taken Shelby there once and loved how the veterinarian took care of her. Ive visited other vets with my parents family dog and she takes the cake for making us and our puppy feel safe. It makes me wish my parents dog was in the area to bring her here as well. The staff is very welcoming and friendly as well.

Dr. Banta is very passionate about taking care of animals, professional, compassionate, and Best Awards in Chesapeake from 20092011. I had a language disorder, (trouble speaking) and I gave him list of questions every appointment. Dr. Banta spends time with me and ask the questions. In additional, Jazz will not get his medicine. Dr. Banta gave me tips, and worked out perfectly. His staff is very professional and love of pets. They take care of my small paws, Jazz. In April, I made appt with Dr. Banta due Jazz was sneezing, and the staff followed up after two days, "How is Jazz feeling?" Dr. Banta has wonderful website with latest news, care guides. I can make appt for Jazz through the website, and can make a comment about Jazz. His prices are average, and not costly compared all of the veterinary clinic. My friend referred to the Dr. Banta. It is my first puppy, and he is Maltese. We started at the clinic in four months, and now the Jazz is over 1 years old. We had many visits in the last year. I was nervous about neutered, and Dr. Banta told about his surgery, and Jazz will fine.I loved Jazz and he is in good hands at Mt. Pleasant Veterinary Clinic.
