Dr. Mazzei is an internal medicine specialist. He see animals who have serious illnesses. He takes the time to make a thoughtful and complete diagnosis. He also takes the time to get to make friends with your pet by petting him/her or even giving a treat of cheese whiz. Dr. Mazzei takes the time to answer all of your questions and respond to your emails. He even replies to emails on his day off. My puppy has renal dysplasia which is pretty scary. But having Dr. Mazzei take care of him give me hope.

My Augustus wouldn’t be here today if it were not for Dr Marcia Smith. After several vets could not figure out what was wrong with him our last trip was a referral to Dr Marcia Smith internal specialist. I was told if no one can she can find what’s wrong at his. And she did. Fast forward a few years, Auggie is 7. He continues to be seen yearly by Marcia and cared for. She has the calmest disposition, kindest heart, compassion and love for her clients. She has also been there for our family with 2 other pets over the years. One we had to say goodbye to unexpectedly and Dr Smith made the experience unforgettably smooth. She really ensured we were okay from beginning to end, I highly recommend Dr Smith to all this is the vet you want when things get complicated.

Doctor Hess always takes the extra time to take care of our fur babies. She is the only doctor who was able to treat our Nala with severe allergies and keep her healthy throughout her life. Even an allergy specialist could not help Nala - Doctor Hess took one look at her skin and knew exactly what it was and treated it.Last year we had to put our beloved Nala down after 16 years and when we called the office Doctor Hess had already left for the night. They called her and she immediately called me back; she had just gotten home and I could hear her baby crying in the background yet she told us she could meet us at the clinic. She was so patient and caring; she let us take our time with Nala to say our goodbyes and made sure that Nala was free of fear and pain. When we later received our bill, we were surprised and touched to find that she had only charged us for the cremation and absolutely nothing else: no emergency fee, no doctor fee, no medical fee. Doctor Hess still takes care of our younger fur baby, Lexie. She always takes the time to give her lots of love and special care, she even takes the time to call and see how she is doing after a dental treatment or an illness. She not only treats our girl like family but treats us the same. Dr Hess is amazing!

Dr. Reget is a wonderful vet. He on sight diagnosed my dog before any tests were run. He's a wonderful diagnostician. He's very caring and really loves animals as well as people. How do I know this. Well my dog was diagnosed with immune-mediated polyarthritis and the costs has been great especially after having to put her on a very expensive drug (cyclosporine). She had an adverse reaction to a cheaper drug azathaporine (sp). He was not only concerned with Sadie but the expense to me. He had the hospital donate the drug to me to see if she could tolerate well. He also referred me to Costco to buy more of the drug. This saved me quite alot of money due to a great savings at Costco. He has great communication and has called me when he says he'll call and seems to have great empathy for not only what my dog is going through but also me. Sadie is getting better and we owe it all to Dr. Reget's know-how, patience (with me) and persistence. He is a wonderful vet.
