Office manager was extremely rude “are you calling to cancel or just complain because your unhappy” is her exact words when I told her I have never had a vet require another appt two weeks before neutering a dog they just saw a few months before. They consistently overcharge and scare people I to unnecessary procedures. They told me my dog could die because he ate bark! By the time they were done with my dog who was completely fine, they got $1500 out of us! As a military family on a budget this was a huge expense we were not prepared for. DO NOT USE THIS. VET unless you want to be scared, overcharged and talked rudely to by office staff.
Update: after they read this review they promptly kicked me and my dogs out of their practice and said we are no longer able to bring our dogs there. “We do not service people who try to harm us on the internet” So producing an honest opinion is harming you? Maybe you should rethink your customer service LADONNA. (Office manager) She also then stated I never updated my address which is not true considering we have been there multiple times in the last few years and fill out a form each time we go with our new updated address. This place is the most unprofessional vet I have ever encountered. I feel bad because the doctor herself is such a good doctor but the staff have ruined her reputation based on all the reviews I see on the internet.
