It is a godsend that Pacific Care Emergence pet hospital is open 24 hours a day. All their staff are so friendly and compassionate in the way they perform their jobs. Dr Nguyen is very thorough and explained Pema condition so I could understand what was going on. It was a comfort to me to know Pema had professionals tending to her all hours of the night.. I got regular updates from Dr Nguyen and she understood that I was struggling with Pema’s grave condition. She made every effort to support me. Pacific Care is a large complex hospital with multiple veterinarians, specialist and support staff 24 hours a day. They all communicate well each other and the clients. Having an internal medicine specialist in the hospital was a huge help for my Pema.. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for being there for Pema and me when we needed you.
