Dr Pfann has been my veterinarian for over 30 year. He has helped me with all the usually pet ailments and some not so ordinary. He is very patient and kind working with my more difficult animals. He always explains every aspect of the treatment and makes sure I understand all the ramifications of the treatment. I would recommend him and his clinic in a heart beat to anyone needs veterinary services.

Dr. Budde is an amazing vet she loves her patients and takes time to explain and visit with each one. She rescues animals keeps them healthy and loves her staff. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else it took a long time to find a place that I totally trust my precious Lucy Lu with. I also have her groomed there by Jenny who is outstanding and does the best job. The whole staff is compassionate and loving and caring. My Lucy was previously absused by groomers and she now is happy to come to Alta Vista. Thank you Dr. Budde and staff.

When our little Opa was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and had an emergency amputation at a different clinic, Dr. Holden checked her status with their doctors daily and on a Sunday, her day off, drove the hour to the clinic to see Opa, read her charts and give us her opinion and more detailed information on Opas status. When Opa came home, Dr. Hilden came by to see her, walk us through everything and made sure we knew, no matter what time day or night, we could call if concerned about something. She has been our vet for over 3 years and comes to our home to give our older greyhound, Riley acupuncture as I cannot get to the clinic during business hours. The hounds love her and we are so grateful she is here. Though her office is an hour away, we will. Always remain her clients!
