I have been going to this vet for 5 years. Just brought a brand new member to them. I understand there arw difficulties right now when it comes to wait times and current regulations.
However, we waited for over 1 hour for an appointment. Took a total of over 2 hours to leave today. I wrote in to Dr. Glassberg to gain a better perspective and give feedback. Why would you double book appointments and continue to keep the same amount of appointments if you can't handle the situation.
All I received back is (paraphrased) "you should find another vet".... unreal response...
