Dr. Dugan is fantastic. He's the smartest vet in Miami. He takes time to really listen to me when I go in. He seems to take in everything you're saying, consider it, and then respond. He seems to really love my dog. I definitely get the impression that he was meant to be a vet.

Dr. Costa works so hard everyday to help us and our fur babies. She comes in before and and stays after office hours to accommodate patients schedules. My cat was sick for the past year with pancreatitis and IBD and her expertise finally has him regulated with a combination of meds and fluids. He has been doing so much better. She makes sure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible while you are visiting and she follows up with phone calls and rechecks. She truly cares and loves helping animals. Dr Costa is the new owner of the clinic and it has been running much smoother since she took over. Even though she has a family of her own and is one of the busiest people I know, she still takes the time to help us by partaking in interviews, news broadcasts, etc to help the community and it's fur babies. She is a strong, inspiring Woman and Veterinarian.

My Vet always takes the time to not only give my dogs complete attention but to talk with me and give several ways I can handle any situation. Dr. Starr and the rest of the staff are super and my furry babies and I appreciate them very much.
