Dr Jones finally diagnosed my dog after many vets had seen her and failed to treat her properly. This man did everything and now has her on a treatment that has made her life and ours so much better! We love this office for so many reasons.

We recently adopted 2 basset hounds from a shelter. They needed to be spay at the shelter's facility. One I don't know, but had to trust. We picked the girls up the next day and kept them quiet in their own room and patio. All was fine until day 4 when Betty dropped to the ground and there was blood pouring out of her. In my pajamas, we scooped her up, got on the road, calling in to let them know we had an emergency. The entire team was there waiting, the office staff was cancelling or changing times for other appointments that day, and Betty was wisked into the OR with Dr. Jones. Turned out the suture material that held her spay together, fell apart. She lost so much arterial blood our home, car and wherever we traveled looked like a murder had occured. Dr Jones stablized her, giving her blood and making certain the sutures were going to stay. Betty, as bad as she was, was lucky not only the time it happened and the Vet was there and his team were right on it. We are so lucky to have her with us. We weren't so lucky that her insurance didn't cover it, nor did the animal shelter or Vet that did the spay. I cannot stress enough the importance of having insurance. This set us back over $1,200. We understand the insurance company not covering it unless it was an accident.
