I first met Dr. Bock when another vet had misdiagnosed my cat. She listented to my husband and me describe the symptoms. We had described them to the first vet. That vet passed over it. Dr. Boch paid attention. She diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately it was too late. That cat died.Dr. Bock treats my cats like she would treat her own. She is very gentle and thorough. She listens to what I have to say, and goes out of her way to seek answers. I have complete faith in her. That's how the relationship between a veternarian and her clients should be.
