Dorrie Black is an amazing doctor. She has saved Bear's life he suffers from IBD, bulging discs, a luxating patella and arthritis. She has come up with a combination of drugs to keep him alive and thriving. Occasionally she has had to change the combinations or dosage if he loses weight or something changes. She is extremely knowledgeable about medicine and very caring. At her suggestion, we also just started laser treatments for his arthritis and bulging disc to help with healing. We have only done two treatments but the results are already beginning to show much less discomfort standing, sitting and squatting to urinate. She has also saved my best friend's dog's life. Her dog has IMHA and has required blood treatments and medications but she is still with us and improving each day. Highly highly recommend this smart and caring Vet. Also, if she is not on call, she will take a call from the attending Vet to offer her advice for her fuzzy, ongoing patient.

We were looking for a veterinarian that could come to our house. We have a 13 year old dog and a 2 year old dog. Dr. Grove is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and very loving to our dogs. She has become a good friend too. Dr. Grove goes out of her way to give the dogs the help that they need. Her prices are very reasoreasonable too.Dr. Susan Grove deserves to win this award.
