We saw two vets before and none of them really listen or try to understand our needs then decided what is the best solution for Korra, until we met Dr. Chow. She patiently explained to us our situation, our options and during the procedure kept us updated on Korra's condition and did not try to sell us service which is not needed for Korra. The way she treated us and Korra let us believe that we can rest assure that Korra will get the best care possible. She never cut us off while we say something, but will wait patiently for us to finish before she tells us what we need to know. Thank you, Dr. Chow.

When Donut was sick Dr Andrea showed such care and compassion and presented us with 3 options for her care. He knew how distraught I was and helped us make the right choice. Donut was back to her happy self in just days. You can tell how much he cares for animals and the people who love them.
