Not only has she been caring and thoughtful, but she actually wants to make my pets better and doesn't just treat them like a number coming through the door. She was able to save my dog, who was on deaths door, but correctly diagnosing a rare autoimmune disorder and then helped us find an alternative to the expensive medicine it took to treat him.
