After an after hours Cardio Myopathy diagnosis with an emergency vet recommending I put Barney down immediately, Dr. V made sure I knew everything I needed to know to make decisions about Barney’s life. Over a year later, Barney is doing as well as ever with no end in sight! Her dedication to a complete diagnosis, making sure any and all options were as economic as possible, and commitment to Barney’s quality of life has helped me forget the trauma of being told I had to put him down almost immediately after learning he was sick.
Dr. V and all of the vet techs at Vet Specialty Center of Tucson (who remembered and loved Barney even after 5 months of living in Phoenix) are incredible gifts to all animals and the humans who love them, and they will certainly do more incredible work with the same level of love, compassion, and dedication that Barney and I experienced. I truly believe our experience is shared by all patients and parents of VSCOT and I hope you can enable them to help even more pets!
