This is by far the nicest emergency clinic I have ever been to with my dog! The open-floor concept allows for both pet and owner to be more relaxed in what is ordinarily a tense situation. All of the vet techs were cheerful and caring for my distressed dog, and Dr Key was amaziing: thorough in her diagnosis, cheerfully encouraging to me, and sweet and gentle with my sick little pup. I highly recommend this clinic for an emergency situation.
