We have never been denied an appointment when we needed one even though this is a small Veterinary practice that doesn't do emergencies. They know our pets by name and us as well. The staff is all friendly and kind. We have never felt overcharged. Our main Vet. has cried when we have had to have any of our fur babies put to sleep. He has never not taken all the time we needed and answered all our questions. The dog loves going to the vet and knows his footsteps and voice. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for any pet!

For over 20 yrs, Dr Carlton takes the time to diagnose situation, then explain diagnosis & usually other options, if situation allows. The entire office is very friendly & treats my pets like he would his own. Very gentle. Feel like family. I'm a rescue mom. The caring really matters.
