I immpressed with how Rick actually understands the workings of my pets' actions and health issues. He is quick to give various solutions for me to choose from. Orders tests when necessary and acts on results in a timely fashion. He has been vet to my last 4 Doxies, who lived from 14 to 17 happy years. Present one's are 14 and 4 and moving forward happily and healthily.
